Versa battery drain and HR tracking accuracy issue

My versa has recently been having issues with battery draining and unreasonably high heart rate measurements. I contacted the customer care before but their solution wasn't helpful but after a day the versa started working properly again. However, I am facing this issue again. I first faced it in September after an update.

Thank You @RicardoFitbit  for your response. I was told to contact again in case the factory reset doesn't work. It didn't work. I contacted again and was told that the team would be responding via email about my options. So waiting for the email.

Update: just got the email saying that essentially said I don't have any available options. I was offered a discount in September when I contacted with a similar issue, but because the device started working properly again at that time I did not use that discount. The discount only valid for a month is no longer valid and they don't issue the complimentary discount twice. Sad i just have to throw my Fitbit now!
