About a month ago Fitbit released a new Firmware update for the Versa which introduced a new UI, changeable clock faces on the watch and more.
This lead to the following problems:
- After the Update I got the error message "Data not cleared, Sync& try again". To get the Versa back to work I had to perform a reset on the watch and remove the watch in the app. After setting it up from scratch again it finally worked.
- When I shut down the watch and turned it on half a day later I realized that the battery was so much lower than it was before shutting it down (from 90% to about 30%). Further, the time it showed was wrong. It was multiple hours behind the real time.
A few days ago, another Firmware update was released which I installed. My Fitbit Versa is now on version 32.70.7.27. The update process worked without errors but the shutdown problem still persists. The battery is very low after turning it back on and the time it shows is wrong.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

If you continue having issues with the battery life, please see: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
With regards to the time showing wrong on you watch, please note that your Versa updates the time with the device you have it paired to. So, make sure that your Versa is syncing so it will update the time. In case you have syncing difficulties, see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
