Versa battery drain, heart rate malfunction

I am very frustrated with my versa lite. In the last two days, my battery wont stay up 24 hours and now the heart rate tracker is malfunctioning. I dont have any of the battery draining issues( haven't even been using notifications. I have shutdown, factory reset but still having issues with both. I haven't had this versa even a year yet
