Versa battery drain on bike ride

Hi,

Went on a bike ride with battery showing 100% and within 2hrs watch had shut down with no battery charge. Tech wanted me to shut down all my notifications etc from calls, messages , calendar and apps  but what’s the point of having a watch where you can’t use all those features all the time. So I had a look at the settings screen once in bike ride activity (top right corner of watch screen, the cog) on settings screen scroll down the list and make sure the “Auto Pause is set to ON”, and the  “Always on screen is set to OFF”  My battery doing same activity the next day still had 95% left after completing the same bike ride, a massive difference.

I also changed the brightness setting of the watch to “Normal Brightness” Hope this helps someone else out too!!
