Versa battery drain

Well I posted a week ago about the battery issues that I was having. I tripled everything that was suggested with no solution to the problem. The battery only lasts 1 day. Was hoping for some better help from Fitbit, but seems to me they got thier money for the tracker, now it's my problem. Wish they cared alittle more for the customers.

I'm feeling the same.  My Versa started out with about 3 day battery life and now I'm down to 1 day.  No difference in use and even turn it off now at night, but doesn't help.  I'll be watching to see if either of us get any help.

I castrated Fitbit last night and they are going to look into the problem I
have been having. Contact them through the web site and look for he
"CONTACT US" tab and explain your problem. Hope to get the problem
resolved or a new devise. Good luck.

I agree, my battery life has been deminishing! I just emailed fitbit regarding this issue.i

The tech support suggested that use of a second hand watch face will drain
the battery. I switched to a Fitbit face to see if that was the problem. We
will see.
