I’ve noticed the last couple of days that my Versa was losing charge very quickly (24 hrs) and turning itself off.ive had the versa for a couple of months and all had been well until now. I’ve done nothing different and I’m using a Fitbit clock face (as other members have suggested this is the problem). I tried to charge it today and whilst my dashboard suggests my battery is full my Fitbit screen is dead. I cannot even reset, as nothing I do will change the screen. You can see it’s trying to do something as the screen appears to have faint multicoloured lines on it when I press the buttons for 10 seconds but nothing else. I tried to reinstall but I was unable to do this too as you need to enter the code on your screen (it was blank) it’s like it’s just died. Can anyone help or has anyone had this problem?

I had this problem or smeth8ng very similar... i followed their instructions for factory reset but nothing bright 5he screen back. It’s now on its way back to Fitbit for replacement. Search the forum for threads on this plus I posted a video on YouTube showing the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I contacted Fitbit and they asked for a video, then the following day said they’d send a replacement, which I received promptly. Service was great, however no explanation as to what was the matter, whether it’s a known fault of whether it’s likely to happen again
