Versa battery draining and heart rate tracking issues

I have been having a problem with my battery life on my Fitbit versa so much so I had to switch back to my charge 2. I recently got time to try to talk troubleshoot it and realize that find heart rate laser is not turning on either. I did all the suggested test and rebooted it numerous times and it still isn't working. What should I do?
