Since I last updated my Fitbit Versa my battery does not last more than 9 hours. My heart rate is totally erratic and reads very high all the time. After three times talking with support they have come to the determination that my Fitbit battery is compromised and that I will need to purchase a new Fitbit as mine is no longer under warranty. Before the update it was working fine. I have factory reset it and I'm going to try that to see if it fixes it.

Hi @Jilly.bean86, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining and heart rate tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
