Hi i have fitbit versa for 1 year battery doesnt hold for 1 day and doent pick up heart rate just showing a red light at the back of the screen. I m verry dissapointed if only last 1 year for the amount of money paid. 

Can someone hepl, please! Thank you

 

Ps i already reset to factory

@Cornelica welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the battery and heart rate issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
