My husband bought me a versa for Christmas 2018. When I first got it, it was great! It always held a charge for 4 days. Over the last few months, I have noticed it will not stay charged for more than a day or two. I don't wear it any differently than I have in the past. I actually take it off to swim, do dishes, and shower, so it shouldn't be a water issue. I have read through some of the other forums and have done the suggestions on turning things off to help improve battery life and to no avail, it still is not working. I'm a little disheartened that it's only been 6 months and it is already having issues. I charged it Sunday evening, woke up and put it back on, battery was at 100%, then by Monday night it was at 50%, and by mid-morning on Tuesday it was dead. Is there anything else I can do?

32.33.1.30
Android
I contend that it has to be a software issue.

That's latest version of versa s/w what about the fitbit app latest in UK is 3.0.
I did not resolve my problems until I did a factory reset on versa you will not lose data but you need to ensure you have a good internet connection and a free hour as software updates take ages.
I always do manual android updates and restart phone after a fitbit update.
Later versions of android have a number of power saving functions so you need to make sure bluetooth and the fitbit app can both run in background, also GPS if you plan to use GPS connect.
Good luck!

Hey there! I also got Fitbit Versa and after an almost months the battery dies from 100 percent to 0 in about 30 - 60 minutes. And i don't know where is the problem. The guarantee doesn't work here (in Lithuania) anymore and i don't know what to do 😞

Fitbit sent me 3 replacements before I could finally get one working right.

How can I get a replacement? Do I need to contact with Fitbit services? Thank you for your answer!

It your watch developed a battery discharge problem the most likely cause of the problem is corrupt software in both watch and phone. Try doing a factory reset on watch and uninstall fitbit app on phone.
Make sure you have a good connection to the internet and reinstall fitbit and start again as if it was a new watch

Well now, Brian... three replacements!
I've had two, neither had batteries that lasted more than 8 to 13ish hours. Fitbit's "support" have all but accused me of dishonesty, and if the third replacement (for which #'s 1 & 2 have been "in the process of being investigated for flawed batteries" now for almost five weeks) does not perfom better (really, if the battery life is not at a minimum three days) I've no words but FRAUD for FitBit and its accusatory "support" staff!

The final replacement is working beautifully. I still say it was a software
issue between the old Versas and the new app.

I have had my Versa since December 2018 and in the last week, the battery drains from 100% to nearly zero within 24 hours. Is the update to blame?

Nope. Mine magically fixed itself a few days ago. I’m baffled. I even bought a new watch.

Nope. Not a watch problem. Agree if must be software. Mine magically fixed itself a few days ago. I’m baffled. I even bought a new watch.

Hopefully, it works out for you. Fitbit sent me 2 refurbished replacements
before sending a new one. The new one works.

Hello, I just bought my Versa about a month or two ago and my battery drains within 24 hours. I don’t use it as anything more than a watch with bio information. Please help, I have to carry my charger with me to and from work and it’s frustrating if I forget it and lose all my battery

I'm in a similar situation. My own Versa Classic is about a year and a half old and hasn't given me any problems until after the most recent firmware update. The battery seems to be discharging at an alarming rate. Especially after I shut it down. The battery drains in shut down mode by a rate of about 11% per hour
