Hi All, in the last 2 days I have had issues with my versas battery not last 12 hrs. I read through all the threads and done the restarts, removing anything that would drain the battery and using the stock clock provided but still no difference. Anyone else having the same issue. Is it possible for me to send my watch somewhere to check it out. I got it a year as a present and find it very useful so it disappointing that after a year I am having this issue.

Hi @niallecleere Unfortunately there is no where to send it for repair. Contact Support and see if they are able to help.

I'm having the same issue. Have been through all the same resets and removed all the extras but my watch battery dies with in 12 hours.

I am having the same issue...versa will die after being fully charged less than 12 hours.
