Ok, I had the ionic and loved it until one day the exercise app would not open at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. The ionic was less than a year old. So, what did I do? I just decided to give Fitbit more money and purchased the Versa. Was very happy with it until now. Got it for mother’s day and it worked great and now battery lasts less than 24 hours. I have nothing extra added on it and have done nothing different for the battery to just stop working properly. So I see on the posts where Fitbit tells a person to turn different settings off and don’t have your heart rate monitored etc etc. Their packaging says the battery is for 4+ days but it doesn’t state only if you don’t REALLY Use it. Makes no sense. I have stayed loyal and purchased the models since the very first one came out. I use the original clock face and do not listen to Music or anything with it. I just want the watch to work as it is supposed to. I’m about to give up on the brand altogether because I can’t keep giving 100s of dollars to watches that don’t work very long. Very sad by it all because I use it everyday.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Assuming your brief note means lack of success, time to try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then to About and then to Factory Reset. This will return your tracker to the way it was when you unboxed it.
