Versa battery drains fast, over heating and back light is always on

So the back light is always on in my versa since charging( this morning) and it is over heating. It will go from 100% to 0% in 30 min where before this last charge it last 4plus days. Tried to restart but it isn't working. Any ideas what I can do or what is wrong?

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 battery drains fast, the back light is always on and it is over heating.
