Hi, could you be a bit more specific about your battery problem?

Yes , I charge up like normal every 7-8 days and it stays at about 90% first few days . Yesterday I charged at 8pm to 100% and today 12 hours later it’s at 87%. It should NOT go down like that in 12 hours

Hi, thanks for more info. You're right about that. If you normally can use your Versa 7-8 days and now 13% loss in 12 hours, that might point to a problem. You can do two things:
1. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill your see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Charge your battery to 100% and see if that solved your problem, When not:
2. Contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Hi, alreay tried before contacting the forum. Guess the battery’s life was one year only.
