Versa battery drains fast

I have just got a versa having previously had a charge 2.  My charge 2 lasted 4-5 days without needing charging.  My versa (which is only 2 weeks old) needs charging every night.  It is down to 35% every evening when I have hardly used it.

I wanted this to monitor sleep patterns bit cant as it needs charging every night.  Can someone help or is anyone having some problem.

@Jacquie3012 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its battery is not lasting as long as it should.

 

Please follow the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor your Versa's battery behavior for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
