Versa battery drains fast

I charge my Versa for a minimum of 2 hours usually longer till it says 100%. It lasts for a maximum of 12 hours before dying. I have literally turned everything off so all it does is count my steps, not even have it connected to my phone anymore and its dead within 12 hours. It is less than a year old.

Hi @Ag4lc, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Versa is draining fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa. This article contains tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
