Versa, battery drains in 24 hours

Just last week the battery worked.  For some reason now it won't last 24 hours.  Reading all the replies it looks like a widespread problem.  I like using the Fitbit but I would hate to have to buy a new one and less than 3 years have the battery go bad.

Thank you for sharing all this information about the trouble you've been experiencing with your Versa watch. 

 

The battery can last up to 4+ days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. 

 

In addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing the same inconvenience.
