My battery lasts about 3hours on a full charge all of a sudden. Never had any issues, haven't changed anything up but one day it just died after charging for a few hours. I've cleaned the contacts on the charger and my watch. I've done factory resets. I've tried using a different charger. Nothing works and I've only had my Versa for less than a year. Any suggestions or is there some sort of warranty center that I can get this replaced?

Yeah they finally got in touch with me but their solution was extremely disappointing. I've barely had my Versa for over a year, taken great care of it and my battery is shot due to a Mfg defect but they can't provide a fix since it's just outside of the 365 day warranty. That's pretty sad that this product only has a life of a little over a year. They gave me a 25% off a new watch but there's no way I would get another Fitbit product after the resolution and customer service I received. A $230 watch should last much longer than mine did especially for how well I took care of it. I am beyond upset and will definitely not recommend Fitbit products to anyone. I get that electronics can have issues but I should get a replacement or a new battery at the very least since the battery failed even though I did everything by the book. Because if this i will never buy it recommend Fitbit to anyone.

I've been having the same issue with mine. I'd take it off the charger when it was at 100% and within 3 or 4 hours it's completely dead and to top it all off the heart rate monitor just randomly stopped working as well. I got my Versa from a friend who barly used it and when I first got it i could go days without having to charge it and everything else worked great then one day it died within a few hrs and the HR monitor stopped too so I contacted Fitbit and it was outside the warranty time frame and they offered me the same as you 25% off another tracker so I got on there and ordered the inspire and I've already sent it back. 1st I couldn't sync it without having to call customer service to have them do it for me but It was way smaller than it looked on the website and I couldn't do what I wanted on it like I could on the Versa so ultimately I ended up going with another brand now I'm waiting for my refund that they took $6 from for the return and another $4 for taxes SMH I wouldn't recommend Fitbit to anyone either!
