Versa battery drains in less than a day

My Versa just started draining and won't hold the charge longer than 12 hours. I have to charge it in the morning, it fully charges, I go to work and before my day ends it's at 12% or less which means I have to charge it again when I get home if I want to track my sleep.

 

How do I fix this?

just rec'd versa less than a week ago and past 2 days battery draining quickly throughout day  It was at 100% about 10am now down to 50% at noon.  Also stopped showing heart info.  thinking I should return  Had the fitbit HR and had no problem; just wanted the larger display.  Dissapointing.
