Versa battery dying! Lasting 30 hours max

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi Fitbit Support,

My versa, purchased 12 months ago, battery life is dramatically dropping and fast. It used to last 4 days and recently it dropped to 48 hours and now not even making 1.5 days.

I have not changed settings. I charge my versa fully each time

Please advise

Thanks

Danielle

@DD.R Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the short battery life on your Versa. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

This hasn’t helped at all unfortunately!

It’s actually dying faster and faster.

Please advise?

Thanks

I had this exact same issue for a few days last week. I would charge my Versa to 100%, but it would be dead by the afternoon. Then two days ago it just wouldn't charge. I've tried 2 different wall plugs, and a couple different USB ports on my computer. I even took off the new wristband I got, just in case it was in the way of the charging contacts. I've tried cleaning the contacts. Nothing has worked. I've also had my Versa for about a year.

And the funny thing is, the exact same thing happened to my Flex 2 about 2 years ago.
