Has anyone noticed their Versa battery draining all of a sudden? I’ve had the watch for 1.5 years with no problem. This week it has died every day after fully charging at night. Today the battery is dead by 2pm?
what is happening?

I'm having a similar issue and my sleep is not being reported accurately since the upgrade.

I've had all kinds of issues since the most recent upgrade. After several conversations with Fitbit, they basically continue to deny that the issues have anything to do with the upgrade and my only option is to get a new one that they have offered with a 25% discount. I am looking at options to Fitbit as I've been so unhappy with their support. Considering a Garmin Vivoactive 4S.

Yes for the last 2 days same issue all of a sudden. I have had my watch for well over 2yrs and nothing other than the ladt firmware upgrade has changed. I’ve tried to reset it, shut it down, reboot and change settings as per Fitbit’s recommendation but none it has resolved the issue. Looking at Apple watch now.

Unfortunately, I have an android phone, so couldn't move to an apple watch. But I did get a Samsung Galaxy 2 and I LOVE it. I tried so many times to tell Fitbit all I really needed to hear from them is acknowledgement that the upgrade was a problem and their commitment to fixing it. I basically said those words to at least 7 people. I wrote the CEO and told him - no response, not even a "canned" note. All I can determine is that they do not care about their customers. Something has changed because this was a company that used to provide excellent customer service.
