I purchased my versa last august, I think. It has worked fine until two weeks agi today. First the hear rate stopped working-followed all steps noted in forums and now works intermittently. But, at the same time after a 100% charge, it died within 6-8 hours. Have turned off everything and still drains in hours. Always lasted 4-5 days. Virtually useless now.
Not sure if heartrate working correctly because afraid of losing what little battery life it had. All issues started on 4/25/19.

Thanks for bringing this up. for troubleshooting the HR, and sharing the details on when the situation started.
I will move this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
In regards to the battery situation, I'd like to recommend that you try to go through all of the tips listed in this help article.They should help so that the battery improves and works as intended.
As for the HR tracking, could you share more details on how it is working at the moment? How is it working intermittently? Knowing that could shed some light into what is going on and what can be done about it.
