I have had my watch since February with no issues, suddenly the battery died and I can’t charge it or use the watch anymore, can I get a replacement sorted? It’s a great watch I’m upset this has happened as I need it for my job and will have to get a replacement until I can get a answer from you guys at Fitbit

Before I proceed accordingly, I'd like to share some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this type of issues. Please try the steps that are listed in this help article. Once you've done those steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
