Over the last few days my versa battery is going flat very fast. It was fully charged at 8am today and currently it is in the red. It will not seem to hold a charge for more than a few hours. I have no notifications on and I only use it to track my exercise. Is there a solution there or does someone have the contact number for support services. Thanks

How old is your Versa? and where did you buy it from?. Did you update the firmware ?.

Hi, I purchased it in August 2018 and it was from a local retailer. I have updated the watch. The update has been there for some time and this has been a sudden change

I guess the update must have messed up the battery. Same thing happened to me. I suggest you get in touch with Fitbit customer care or helpline. See what they can do about it. All the best mate.

Hi, I completed the battery drain process and made contact with Fitbit. Confirmed the battery is damaged and I am eligible for a replacement which is now on its way.

Cool, same thing with me. Got a replacement and its on Version 32.12.19 and am getting a battery life of 4 days. I suggest do not update the new one if at all its suggests an update. Wait and watch.
