I put my FitBit Versa to charge at night and this morning it was dead my Fitbit app says has no battery and I can't seem to start it up again

Hey @fmqueen, it is nice to see new faces around!
Let me give you a hand on this. But first, I'd like to ask you this, did you make sure that your Versa was actually charging that night? If you plug it into the charging cable now, can you see it charging or it is just not displaying anything at all on the screen? Have you tried to restart it? I know there are many questions but I need that information to keep helping you out.
