My versa won't hold charge. I have notification off, no music, just hr tracking on and it won't last for more than 2 days... What to do?

Hi @ansh88 - before you contact Support, please try re-starting your Versa. Instructions are here. Sometimes it take a restart or two to snap things back to normal. If the re-starts don’t help, then the next suggestion is to power the Versa off completely ... wait a few minutes ... then turn it back on. Instructionsa are here.

I have been having this same problem, and then it dies completely, I have gotten 4 new ones, after the second new one, I stopped wearing it swimming and in the shower, and that didn't work!
