So maybe this has happened to someone else. It all started on the 11th my versa just wouldn't sync, then on the 12th after about an hour and some change of power cycling my phone and messing with the versa I chose to factory reset the versa, dont ever do this IMO, and it never turned back on. Randomly it showed the dead battery sign which was quite ironic because it was on the charger all night, yes I tried multiple chargers and I know they work because there are 2 other versas in the house. I contacted customer support and they said they will send me a new one. I just want to know if this is happening to anyone else and if they fixed their problem on their own.
Thanks.
