Versa battery lasting less than 2 days

I purchased my Versa in Jan (2019) and for over a month now, the battery last less then 2 days.  Sometimes, just over 24 hours.  I travel a lot so its frustrating that I have to take it off at night (missing out on my sleep pattern tracking) or in the middle of the day too charge when I charged it the night before.  Is there a solution?

Hello, I'm having the same issues you describe. Someone mentioned the possibility of the problem being an app running in the background and draining the battery. How can I find out if there's any such app? Is this possible on the watch? I'm so frustrated and confused I don't know what to do. Please help

I've been reading the battery life's description on the user manual and it says it lasts 6+ "under normal usage". What does that even mean? Does it mean not pairing the watch to a phone at all or doing it sparingly? Does it mean not listening to music?

Hi the only thing to do if you’ve tried everything is to contact Fitbit support If they find a problem and is still within warranty, then they may replace it for a new one.

Hope this helps.
