Versa battery life and heart rate tracking not properly working

I Bought a Versa SE (charcoal with woven band) paid over $200 had it 6 months and the green light HR broke ..Fitbit replaced it.

The replacement I’ve had for 21 days now and the battery started draining. After 24 hours the battery will be at 53% and over night it will drain down to 6% by morning. Contacted CS and they agree This is a battery drain issue BUT won’t replace it because I already received a replacement.

I’m extremely disappointed with their decision but mostly the fact that they sent me a defective replacement.

so I’m out over $200 for a defective product.
