I got a replacement Versa last week as the top right button had stopped working on my old one after nearly a year. The trouble is that this Versa is just not holding its charge. I've taken off the apps that I put on at first and all the settings are the same as my old one. It's gone from 100% to 60% in 15 hours without doing anything other than use it as a watch!

What app version do you have? I think the latest app v3.3.1 has fixed the battery issue.

I updated the app last week so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Hmm that's strange. I have the old dashboard. Do you have the new one? Maybe it's a different issue then.

I actually updated to the new style dashboard and I got 6 days of use with app v3.3.1... So maybe it's not the dashboard.
