My versa battery life used to be around 3 days now it’s dropped to one since updating ? Is this a ploy to get me to buy a new model ?.
I have had te versa years but bought a charge 3 a couple years ago but that died within a year so reverted back to the versa , for the past year it’s been great then last week I did update and the battery life has gone shocking 😞 is it a ploy to get me to upgrade my device or is there something I can do , please help

I’m not sure what troubleshooting steps you have already taken but I’d definitely try restarting your Fitbit Versa 3. You won’t lose any data doing so. Just hold down the button on the side of your tracker until you see the Fitbit Logo. Once you see the Logo release the button. You will feel the Fitbit vibrate when it’s completed. Hopefully that fixes the issue. I’ve done what I can out of that lot but it’s been on my wrist now for around an hour and half and battery already dropped to 89% , I cave 2 charge threes one is completely dead the other vibrates when I turn it on but nothing happens dispute all the steps I’ve taken and the only one that works as it should is my charge 2 that’s years old now it’s crazy the quality of the trackers seems to be really bad I won’t be getting a new one if the charge 2 dies that’s for sure but thanks for the help

I’m sure it’s incredibly frustrating. I would be frustrated as well. I wish I could offer more help. My only suggestion would be to call Fitbit Customer Service. Their telephone number is 877-623-4997 or you can talk to them live online here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap Help & Support then tap Contact Customer Support then just tap the name of your tracker.

It’s managed a new record today 🙂 a fully charged battery lasted 8 hours 15 min
