I bought my Fitbit Versa last July (2018) and now the battery life is not lasting 4 hours.
I have reset/downloaded and completed everything that I possibly can in the hope that this will rectify the issue.
The device is fully charged and I have turned off everything that I possible can.
I do not have my receipts to return for warranty. I am devastated as the device is expensive.
Can any one help please.

@SunsetRunner By reset do you mean factory reset (restoring Versa to factory defaults)? This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, place it in the charger as you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app.

Hi Marrrmaduke,
Thanks for your reply. I have completed the reset and now in the process of reinstalling. Hoping this works. It is taking hours though. I will let you know how it goes.
Cheers from Australia
