Hi. I've got my Versa in August 2019 and since then it worked perfect until two weeks ago. First, two orange lines appeared on the sides of a screen (like if water got under the glass - but it's only possible during handwashing 'cause I try to care for it). The next day battery started to die after a day of usage. I've tried all the solutions I could find here and nothing helped. Last resort was to Hard Reset the device and that didn't help plus all apps' and clockfaces' pages in Fitbit app no longer can load. They simply enter the endless loop of loading. So now I can't change the clockface and battery still holds less than a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
P.S. Versa was a birthday present from my bro in New Zealand. I'm in Ukraine, so
a) I've got no receipt and don't know anything about warranty period
b) Going to the nearest support center is not really an option)
My phone is Xiaomi Redmi note 4, if that matters
