Versa battery life not lasting

Hi

 

i have Fitbit Versa SE now over two years and one month. I notice that now just using as everyday watch battery drains like 100% > 90% in 5hours. 

Is there anybody else ho have Versa over two years now and battery lose energy fast? i notice this problem start over 2 months ago. Is it like little notice to buy new watch or battery is now old?

Hi @urmoluts, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

 

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
