My Versa is not holding it's charge. It barely lasts a day, and the 4+ days are out of the question. Last night I had it charged to 100% at 9:30pm, I have just checked it at 5am and it is down to 24%. I was having no issues until I started swimming again 3 weeks ago. I know the always on screen while swimming will use up battery, but this is all the time, not just when swimming. Is it possible the water has affected the battery? This is my second Versa (the display dislodged on my last one) and I had no issues with that. I have only the manual display options, no alarms, nothing else that would drain the battery. Thanks in advance

Hi @Melonqueen, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if the issue persists.
