We bough Fitbit versa 15 months back and now battery doesn't last for even 10 hour. We tried everything suggested to us from firbit help. At the end Fitbit is offering me 35% discount on my next purchase stating reason that battery warranty is for 1 year only. Company still want customer to be loyal with them. Really ?? How can someone still expect customer to buy their product again.

What further assistance can be expected from company when FitBit is not ready to take ownership of the issue. I will have to think twice before purchasing any FitBit product.

There seem to be quite a few posts about deteriorating battery life and it looks like the Versa has a life expectancy of maybe 2 years for most users? Mine is now 20 months old and it will just last a day but when new it would easily last 3 days. I'm assuming that it will continue to drop off. I guess this is just something we have to accept. Most mobile phones seem to last about 3 years before the battery won't hold enough charge. It would be great if the batteries were replaceable but there's no incentive for the manufacturers to do so.
The big question is what to buy to replace the Versa and at the moment I'm not inclined to buy another Fitbit.

I suspect that any other equivalent product I buy will have just the same issue with battery life and after a couple of years will be useless. Does anyone know if I'm right or wrong?
