I bought my Versa in Jan 2019 and have had absolutely no issues with it until a month or so ago, where since the latest update my watch now lasts a day instead of the 3 or so days it lasted me for the first 18 months!
I haven't changed how I use my watch whatsoever in this time. The only change is the update.
I have read so many posts with the advice to turn off basically all of the functionality, but I actually want a smart watch, not just a watch.
Any ideas?! Are Fitbit working on another update to fix this apparent bug which so many of us seem to be experiencing?

Hi @AmyKH, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
