Versa battery life not lasting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have noticed over the past two weeks or so my versa has being dying extremely fast. Usually it’d last around 4 days between charge but now it’s barely lasting 2.
I always make sure to charge it to 100% and I make sure to take it if the dock once it reaches full charge. I don’t think it could be anything to do with age as I only got it in April. Anyone know what could be possibly causing this?

I have had this problem pretty much since i got my Versa two years ago. They have had to send me two replacements, and it ALWAYS ends up happening again! I charged mine this morning to 100% and am currently sitting at 80! I always call and they tell me the same thing "do a battery drain test," "have you tried resetting it?," "have you done all the updates?" I wish I could tell you the magic fix, but honestly, I think it's just because they are out dated. Hopefully switching to an Apple Watch in a couple months because I am sick of dealing with this issue.

Hi @Anastatia1 and @Hailey2728, welcome to the Community Forums!

@Anastatia1 Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

@Hailey2728 Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with your device, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Since you already received assistance from our Customer Support team, I recommend you to contact them back if further assistance is needed or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case with them.

I'll be around.
