I bought my wife a versa special edition watch for xmas. But it needs charged every single day. This cannot be right. Her sisters last for about 4 or 5 days

Its not right but there are a few steps to check first before reporting it as a problem.
Check it charges to 100%
Change the clock face to the standard Fitbit one, such as Layers
Make sure brightness is auto
Screen timeout is 10 seconds
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
