Since the last update, my Versa's battery life has dropped from 5 days to 10 hours. Obviously, this issue is related to the update. When I tried to get support from your chat they simply said 'out of warranty, here's a discount to purchase a replacement'. No troubleshooting, no assistance provided. What can I do to get help with my device?

I'm sorry to ask you this as support may have already done this, but have you tried restarting your tracker a few times. I've found multiple restarts can help clear up memory, which can drain your battery.
