My Versa is 8 months old and the battery has generally lasted 4 days. It is now suddenly needing to be recharged after 1.5 to 2 days. My use of the watch has not changed, and it seems that this has been happening ever since the recent update that I was required to load. Has anyone looked into that? (altho I am seeing other, older reports of batteries suddenly not lasting so maybe this is a coincidence.) I chose this watch because of the 4-day battery life. I am not happy about this.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower butttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your battery problem, contact Customer Support. Good luck.

Definitely worked - I'm now at day 3 and still 61% charged. Thank you so much for such an easy fix!
