I have had my versa since July 2019. I turned my versa completely off last night and i noticed battery was at 45%. I attempted to turn it back on this morning and it wouldn't turn on by me pressing the single button on the side or by placing it on the charging device. i eventually got it turned on by holding all three buttons on the versa at the same time. after it turned on it said my battery was at 8%? why did this happen? how is it possible the battery went down to 8% when it wasn't even on?
Usually when the battery is 0% and i try to turn it on, it will flash a screen that says 0% and ill put it on the charger. I tried turning it on like i normally would by pressing the single button and i didn't get that screen? Eventually after 3 holding all three buttons it would turn on normally? i just don't get it. it also really seems like turning my versa on and off is extremely sensitive. ill turn off my versa by going all the way into settings and ill randomly check it and its powdered on with the green light flashing trying to read a pulse.
Also, when i look at the front surface of the screen of my fitbit i notice there is a circle within the border around the touchscreen, on the right side where the two buttons are. why is there a circle here? what is its purpose? is it used for tracking steps? it almost reminds me of a tiny camera?

was there some sort of update that changed how you turn on the versa? because i swear before i could turn it on by just pressing the single button on the side, and it was extremely sensitive to turning on, on its own. Now i need to hold all three buttons to turn it on?
