Versa battery not charging

I bought Versa last year Jan 2019. It had been working fine; however it is no longer charging.

 

Battery got discharged and watch was switched of (last time I observed it was under 4%). I placed it for charging. It normally takes 30 min to charge and watch will restart when I press left button.

 

But it has been 5-6 hours it is not charging. I am pressing the left button but watch won't start. I already checked the charger and it is working fine.

I am having that same issue.  My phone died on Monday midday and then I plugged in to be charged TWICE since then and thought it was my charger.  I have used another person's charger and it's still not doing anything so I know it is the versa I have not the charger now.  I have been using less than 6-8months.
