Versa battery not holding a charge

My versa updated and now my battery doesn’t hold a charge. Last for maybe 8 hours. Not even a year old yet, is there something I can do to make the battery at least last though a work shift!! Very bummed

@Lauraoo7 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Versa battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
