I got my Versa just a few days before Christmas, hadn’t had any problems with it whatsoever. Charge was holding for about 5 days. Recently, my battery has been dying in less than 24 hours from a complete charge.
I’ve turned off all day syncing, disabled notifications, set my screen to wake manually, turned off alarms, etc. I’ve even tried doing a factory reset and nothing has helped. Is there anything else I can do or could it just be a faulty battery?

Hi, did the Factory Reset succeeded succesfully? If not or even yes (since it did not solve the problem), try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This procedure will reset the internal system of your Versa. If this also does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

@KrLopez38 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SunsetRunner, please try cleaning the contacts of your charger and Versa with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust that the contacts accumulate. After this, charge your tracker again for 2-3 hours and monitor the battery behavior.
Keep @SunsetRunner and me posted on the outcome!
