Hello,
I’ve had my Versa for just under 18 months and was very happy with it, until about 10 days ago when the battery (which was usually lasting me between 4-6 days before requiring charging) suddenly started draining and now won’t last much more than a day - even after a complete charge.
I’ve not changed any settings in this time, I already had sleep mode optimised from 23:00-07:30, so I’m at a loss as to what and why this is happening.

Having a similar issue and I only have it about 4 months )a replacement from Versa. I only have vibration on for hourly steps which I usually achieve in advance and the odd workout so I would get 4-5 days ordinarily. Back to Versa I reckon....

Hi Liliya,
I’ve already been following Fitbit’s charging instructions and tips to prevent battery draining, and I’ve double-checked following your response yesterday.
Yesterday I charged my Versa to 100% (keeping an eye on it to remove it from the charger when it got to 100%), but unfortunately once again, the battery is already almost down to ‘low battery’ level.
I have used my Fitbit consistently to monitor my exercise and as a timer for things since I first had it in July 2019, it never drained the battery before, so I’m quite frustrated as to knowing what has caused this drain.
Thanks,
Tom
