Versa battery not lasting even for a day

Hi Team,

 

I have purchased the device 2 months back and because of poor baytbat life m not able to use it at all. I have tried all solutions as mentioned in the below article "buthttps://community.fitbit.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/versa" it looks the battery life is still a concern for me.

As my device is still in warranty period what is the way to get this fixed.

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
