Hi, my versa went from lasting 3-4 days to lasting no longer than 5 hours. What happened? I've done all the suggested fix attempts that I have read about on this thing, and still I can't even get through the night on a full charge. Please help Fitbit, this is so frustrating.

My fitbit versa is having the same problem. It is just over a year old and I was able to wear it 5 hours today before it was at 4% and I had to charge it again. I didn't use it for anything other than a watch - didn't use it to time anything or even work out yet. What is going on? This is super frustrating and I feel like I need to buy a new watch but with this one only lasting a year, I am not interested in purchasing a Fitbit again
