Versa battery not lasting

 Hi guys. I bought my Fibtit versa 4 days ago and my battery is draining a lot faster then expected. It's not synced to my android (has problems with that), so basically it should last a little longer then when its constantly connected to my phone. I literally just had to charged to 100% but the minute i take it off charge the percentage drops from 100% to 99%, then not long after, it starts dropping even further. My phones battery even stays on 100% longer than that. Please advise if i should have the device exchanged as its BRAND NEW, and shouldn't be experiencing battery problems at this stage yet.

 

....or is this normal?

I've seen quite a few posts where it drops down to 99% very quickly and I don't think this is an issue. As soon as it comes off the charger and starts using battery power it can't be 100% any more.

 

Whether yours is working normally depends on how fast it drops after that. You should get 4 - 5 days from a full charge which means a drop of 20 - 25% per 24 hours. What are you getting?

Hey @Taren12518, welcome to the Community and congrats on getting your Versa! 🙂 I'd like you to fully charge your Versa, restart it, sync it periodically and try to follow the tips in this post to make it last longer. Keep an eye on the battery life and let me know how it goes.
