My son was given the versa as a gift for Christmas. He has worn it for four days and it has not stayed charged for more than 24hours. This is unacceptable. The battery life of this product is advertised as 3-5 days before needing to be charged. He is not using it excessively, nor is he running numerous apps. Fitbit needs to remediate this issue immediately.

Does he get a lot of notificarions? Is he using a third party clock face? If so try a Fitbit one. Try restarting it several times. And see if the performance improves

He does not get a lot of notifications and does not have a third party clock face. I'm feeling incredibly frustrated with this product. Thank you for your suggestions.
